Lo Norvell, News Editor
Lo is a junior at South High, and the Guinness World Record holder for most jewelry on a news section editor. She joined the Southerner last year to participate in today's political discourse, specifically surrounding issues of environmentalism and public health. Practicing what she preaches, outside of school you can catch her raising and researching plants, hiking, and camping. After her high school/ultimate frisbee career, she plans to head out west for college, and spend her summers on the open road. Until then she’ll pass the time in Minneapolis kicking it with her friends, drinking matcha lattes and listening to Hozier. Her favorite plant is an aglaonema and her favorite thing about the Southerner is the diversity of staff writers and the variety of stories they publish.
