Greta Meissner, Staff Writer
Greta Meissner is a senior and is starting her first year in newspaper. She joined the Southerner because she loves writing and is interested in a future in journalism. She lives in South Minneapolis where she has attended school her whole life. Outside of being an academic warrior, Greta spends her time with friends, working, listening to music, and hosting her own monthly radio show on KRSM! This year in newspaper she hopes to broaden her horizons and write about new topics as well as further her writing skills.
