Warren, a law professor and Senator since 2013, is a Progressive. Like Bernie Sanders, Warren has focused on economic justice, citing the wealthy and Capitalism as the cause for the shrinking Middle Class. Warren proposes taxes on the wealthy and corporations, as well as the breakup of Big Tech. Contrary to Sanders, Warren identifies as a Democratic Capitalist not a a Democratic Socialist. Warren supports the Green New Deal and Medicare-For-All. Warren has received criticism for claiming Native American ancestry despite being white.
