My name is Maggie Fisher and I am the Features Editor. I'm currently a senior and this is my second year on the Southerner staff. I love playing and watching soccer and hockey in my free time. If I could go anywhere in the world, I would go to Patagonia and go backpacking. My favorite T.V. shows are the Game of Thrones and The Office.

Principal Aponte organized a meeting with Ramin Navai and nine students. For about an hour and a half students were given the opportunity to ask Navai questions about Britain. Students also shared experiences and issues from South with Navai. Navai was interested in learning about South culture and what the students were interested in.

The South High Student Council organized a blood drive on Friday, April 18. Throughout the day students went to the gym to donate.
