The Southerner

Talula Cedar-James
Talula Cedar-James is a sophomore who likes crime shows and arts like drawing, painting, and photography. This is her first year working on the Southerner and she joined because she would like to improve her writing and engage in more events at South. She also would like to help bring attention to interesting but unheard of things through the Southerner.

In her free time, Cedar-James enjoys reading, listening to music, art, and has developed an interest in true crime. She reads a lot of books and watches a lot of movies but can’t think of a favorite of either thing at the top of her head. She is also a member of a group called YPAC (Youth People's Action Coalition) which focuses on social issues that young people want to address.
