The Southerner

Katherine Lundquist
For her second year as a member of the Southerner staff, sophomore Katherine Lundquist has no other goal in mind but improvement and redemption. She doesn’t believe she accomplished much last year, so she has returned to give herself another shot. For a deep thinker like Lundquist, there is always room for growth in every task.

Lundquist devotes her time to her social life, exploring, and trying new things. She prefers to get a hands on experience for the insights. Lundquist has interests in philosophy and neuroscience. She is very intrigued about how things work and why things happen. She prefers environments that offer a sense of community, which is one of the reasons why she returned to the Southerner, and came to South.

Katherine Lundquist is a veteran writer for the Southerner, and is sure to add to the vibrant, enthusiastic atmosphere the staff works in. Her insight will most definitely help guide and enlighten the other writers.
